Basic Suspension 2: Face Up Suspension
Face up suspensions can be one of the most comfortable suspensions for bottoms when tied well. This video demonstrates the way that I like to do my face up suspension. I strongly recommend face up ties using arms-front or arms-free chest harnesses as a behind the back tie can make hands go numb quickly but TKs also work for this tie for some bottoms.
